Disaster
can strike with little or no warning. However, accidental
deletion or formatting of drives, crashed RAID arrays or physical
drive damage doesn't necessarily mean all is lost. Data recovery is
time-intensive but in the majority of cases you will be back
up & running within 24 hours.
In
addition, forensic
data recovery can reveal droves of information that was
intentionally deleted in attempt to clear one's tracks.
Generally, the hard drive would need to be removed from the
suspected employee's workstation and recovery would be completed
overnight.
